Legislative base:
Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine from December 28, 2014 №76-VIII with changes and additions, to document “On Higher Education”.
Order of MES of Ukraine № 525 from 12.05.2015r registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 18 May 2015 by № 551/26996, “On approval of forms of higher education (degrees) state sample and annexes, a sample of academic inquiry”.
