The formation of orders for the production of Supplements to the diploma of higher education takes place according to the same principles as for the production of diplomas.
To ensure the formation of an electronic order, it is necessary to prepare directories of educational institutions and qualifications with a detailed description of educational programs, which will be included in the data collection program.
In order to form the qualifications manuals, it is necessary to collect information containing elements of educational plans, evaluation methods, and a description of the skills acquired by the student.
To get started, we suggest you fill in the template prepared by us in the Word text editor: «Registration form». The template is password protected and has editable and non-editable fields. In the non-editable fields provided, please enter the qualification information as shown in the Example.
Download the file from the site and change its name so that it contains information about the name of the qualification and the year of graduation, for example – bioresursy2010.docx One file can contain information for one qualification. For the next qualification, copy the original file from the site under a new name.
The completed form must be uploaded to a specialized site State Register of Educational Institutions using the “Data import from MS Word” function, which is available on the site.
Word files were created to speed up data entry and convenience for users unfamiliar with complex computer programs. You can distribute the template file to departments, this will significantly speed up the process of gathering information on qualifications.
Later, on the website State Register of Educational Institutions, You must edit the imported data and enter new ones. You can also download created guides for the Education data collection program from this site, for this you need to use the “Data export” function.
Before authorization, it is mandatory to install the WebCardSVC card service for the dodatok.osvita.net site.
Instruction:
1. Definitely! Uninstall the old service via “Start”-“All Programs”-“NDI PIT”-“WebSMC” and click Uninstall.
2. Download the WebCardSVC_Setup.exe service and install it on the computer from which you will work in the State Register of Higher Education Institutions.
3. After installing the service, launch the browser and go to the website of the State Register of Educational Institutions.
The access card and password to the site is the blue Education program access card and its pin code. During the first authorization on the site, user data is read from the card – thus the operator is registered and has the opportunity to work on the site of the registry of higher educational institutions.
It should be noted that the qualification directories will be available only to the owner of the information (educational institution or node that registered this data), i.e. other educational institutions will not be able to use your information.
